Property Description

This 20-acre modern retreat in Western Malibu offers the finest points of luxury living, seamlessly integrating sustainability with emerging contemporary art. Situated on a natural promontory with no immediate neighbors, enjoy unmatched privacy and sweeping 360-degree views of the ocean, Channel Islands, Boney Ridge, and untouched Santa Monica Mountains. With over 12,000 square feet of living space, the home offers expansive volumes with excellent indoor-outdoor flow and perfectly framed vistas from nearly every room. A great room with towering ceilings boasts a chef's kitchen with a massive island, a large dining area, and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. Outside, a private resort awaits, featuring a sprawling patio with multiple seating areas, lush lawns, multiple decks with an al-fresco dining area, and a picturesque infinity pool and spa. Upstairs, a lavish primary suite features endless views, two private balconies, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom complete with an eggshell tub, dual vanities, and a tiled shower. The main home features three additional guest rooms, an office, a home theater, plus three private art galleries showcasing extraordinary contemporary artwork around every corner and recreational spaces including a pool table and ping pong table. A fifth bedroom serves as an attached guest suite, with access to an incredible rooftop deck. There is an additional guest home, complete with a living room, three beds, a kitchenette, and balcony that is perfect for guests or family to visit and spend time in this iconic location. Designed with sustainability in mind, this solar-powered smart home features an organic garden, fruit orchard, natural water from on-site wells, and eco-friendly landscaping. The grounds offer a tranquil walking path, an airstream that sleeps four, and a private helipad. Just nine minutes from the beach, this is a rare opportunity to lease a home where entertainment, inspiration, and relaxation are all at your fingertips.
