Just reduced. Elegant remodeled 4 bed 3 bath Spanish Revival with a large private backyard in the heart of Franklin Hills in Los Feliz. This warm inviting home has three bedrooms on the main floor, plus a studio below with full bathroom and separate private entrance from the side (the studio can also be accessed from the main house upstairs). The home has been completely remodeled and modernized while still keeping it's original charm. When you first enter the inviting sunken living room with dark espresso hardwood floors throughout the home your eyes are immediately drawn to the open floor plan allowing you to see straight through the living room, dining room past the kitchen all the way to the lovely inviting backyard. The modern kitchen has a huge island designed for easy cooking and entertaining. The large French doors from the kitchen open onto an enchanted private garden with many little nooks to relax in. The cozy primary bedroom opens up onto the garden giving you peaceful morning sunrises surrounded by trees and greenery. The roomy front bedroom has many windows as well as a large closet. The bathrooms have been recently remodeled including a large inviting soaking tub in one of them. From the dining room, a small spiral staircase leads you to a separate studio complete with bathroom and shower as well as a separate entrance from the side yard. This bonus room can become a home theater, office, or guest bedroom. The backyard deck has stunning views of the Griffith Observatory, the famous Marshall HS Tower, and in the winter the snow capped mountains of Angeles National Forest. This home is walking distance to Hillhurst Village among others, and a stones through to everything Los Feliz and Silver Lake have to offer: Maru, Little Dom's, L&E, Sunset Junction, Griffith Park, the Silver Lake Reservoir, dog park, Silver Lake community center, Gelson's, Trader Joe's, Erewhon. The list goes on. This home also boasts access to the coveted Franklin Hills Elementary, John Marshall HS School District, as well as LILA International School, and Thomas Starr King.
