Property Description

One of the nicest front row units at the coveted Zuma Bay Villas. A beautifully renovated, designer perfect unit with unobstructed 180 degree ocean and white water views. Also one of the largest in the complex with three en-suite bedrooms plus an office/loft. The unit features a gourmet chef's kitchen w/ Wolf range, built in Sub Zero refrigerator, custom cabinetry and hand cut European tiles. The kitchen is open to an expansive living room with high ceilings, Oak hardwood floors, a cozy fireplace and walls of glass framing incredible ocean and coastline views. The primary suite is generous with custom closets, a soaking tub, steam shower and its own sunny patio. Plus there is custom lighting, a Sonos music system, black out shades, two car garage, and a flat grassy play area out front. All located in a very quiet and well-kept guard gated complex above Zuma Beach with its own swimming pool, spa, tennis court and private steps down to the sand. Come and enjoy the amazing sunrises, sunsets, surfing, beach walks, whales spouting and dolphins playing - all right outside your door. This truly is a magical place to experience the beauty of living in Malibu.
