Property Description

How fast do you move? For a limited time: move in during January - Whenever you have moved, you receive the rest of the month rent-free. This is the finest building we manage. Located in a neighborhood rich in history and character, just south of Hancock Park, the available unit is the perfect mix of classy 1920's-1930's architecture with all the modern conveniences of today's home. Builts-ins, cubbies, and an historical wall safe add so much to the period interior architecture. With its own unique home address(no unit #) and no common walls(except the floor), this unit feels more like a house. Normally with a waiting list in this serene low-density building, we now present an opportunity for you to enjoy a spacious, tranquil home that leaves you wanting nothing more. Ample street parking for you and guests. Easy access to surrounding stores and restaurants. OUTSTANDING FEATURES: Solar-enhanced access to electricity which can save up to 75% on utility bills, brand new stainless steel oven, detailed tile work throughout, wood beamed LR ceiling, 1930's built in accents.
